what's the difference between GT and GTS

I have a 95 and the title says GTS and I seen in the summit magazine a part for gt and gts what is the difference.

I own one, it's like the old Mustang 5.0 LX.
A stripped GT with customizable options from the factory.

I was confused when my title said GTS on it, apparently they all say "GT/GTS". If your car doesn't have fogs, has the V6 seats and steering wheel and doesn't have a spoiler, its probably a GTS. If it doesn't have ABS brakes, its deffinetly a GTS. ABS is the only thing that wasn't an option on the GTS'

GT = Overweight and slow as dog ****

GTS = Slightly less overweight and slow as dog ****

GT= heavy pig with all modern goodies like power windows seats leather option etc.

GTS= a stripped down heavy pig with manual windows (yuck)

I guess my car is a gt then it has power everything just no leather..

well where does your call fall...? does it have a rear spoiler? fog lights? whats the emblems on the front fenders?

that won't matter Trav, like 1TallMF said, the ABS is the only surefire way to tell, you can order a GTS to have any options you want from the factory. I have a friend with no air conditioning or cruise, but he's got GT seats and power everything...

A GTS will carry the same GT badge as the fully optioned version
