i'm going to buy a steeda strut tower brace from partshopper. My car is a 2000GT. HOwever, they list 2 different braces that would work. This is confusing as tehy label one fitting 96-00GT and another fitting 99-04GT/V6. SO i'm wondering...which one should i get? THey are different part numbers.

Hum, go to the steeda.com or just call steeda for the answer. I have them on my car. I believe that there is actually 4 different ones. As they are available in chrome alloy as well which are the ones I use. I forget the difference between the two. I thought one for for cars with turbos and one w/o. But, I don't remember.

OK, here are a few part #s to chew on, right from their catalog:
Steeda's Steel Strut Tower Brace:
555-5610 for the 99-04 GT & V6
555-5602 for the 96-00 GT
Beats me what the diff is there for the 99-00 owners...? Both have an MSRP of $99.95

4130 Chrome Moly Alloy Brace:
555-5710 for the 99-04 GT & V6
555-5702 for the 96-00 GT
Now both of these are listed as "3 point", but same problem exists as above. Both have an MSRP of $139.95

They also, as Go HoTO noted, make a 2 point S/C V6 brace, as well as an 03-04 Cobra brace (2 point) and Mach 1 brace (2 point).
