I recently bought an over drive pulley direct from ASP on a Monday and paid extra to for 2nd day delivery because I needed it by Wednesday. Well it never came on Wednesday so I called Lee at ASP on Thursday morning, he said. "I thought we had one one but didn't so I had to make one and it was shipped out Wednesday, I guess I should have called you to let you know". I told him that it's now to late so I don't want it. he said "OK, just decline it when it shows up". So on Friday that's what I did and to this day I still heve not got my refund for the pulley or the extra shipping and this was 3 weeks ago now!! He won't answer my emails or take my calls. What a low life and a rip off company!! Beware dealing with them not only for this but the UDP I bought (they made it) was no good either and had to be returned. I have had to contact my bank to go after them for my $38.00 back. He can't claim I didn't return it since I never accepted delivery either so he's just trying to keep my money (steal it). Never have I delt with such an un-professional company as ASP (Lee).
