Wheel Hoping

When I spin the tires it wants to wheel hop. Woundering if anyone knew what I needed to do to get rid of this. Thanks.

First..a good set of rear lower control arms. Wheel hop is dependent on a number of factors such as tires, temperature out, etc.

If there is some reason you removed your Quad Shocks, put them back on! Also your Quads may be worn out, you can get a new pair of Motorcraft Quads from PPI for a reasonable price!

Make sure the quad shocks are still in place, the previous owner may have removed them. Without some expensive lower control arms you will have wheel hop. The quad shocks mount on top of the rear axle and connect horizontally to the chassis . They are much less expensive than a good pair of lower control arms. The auto parts store near you should be able to fix you up for less than $20 a side. A trip to the J/Y will have you fixed up for about $5 a side.
