When i bought my car it came with some nice ass ROH wheels. The guy who i bought it from gave me the 4th lug key to take it off. The problem is my key got stolen!!!! My stupid ass left my door unlocked and some theives got their hands on it and tried to steal my wheels. Obviously they didnt get to finish, who knows why, and i am now keyless to switch to my winter wheels and tires. I want to know if anybody ever got these lugs off and how they did it. I guess i could call ROH, but before i rack up a huge phone bill for calling Australia i figured i'd ask here first. I also plan to get a new 4th lug just in case those M F's are still around. thanks a lot

u need fuct up nut removers and a torque gun. Its a kit u can get at pep boys or a parts store. It will destroy ur lug nuts, but u gotta do what u gotta do.

I've had success by hammering on a socket that will wedge over the locking lug. Use a Craftsman brand so you can bring it back!

i bought these lh threaded sockets from a local speed shop. Worked decently, but the impact wrench was necessary. Craftsman makes these new bolt out things that look like a socket, that have tapered teeth inside. I don't know if they go big enough, but those things have not failed me yet.

if your lugs sit inside your wheel then these probably won't work.they make a socket thats thinwall and tapered inside.you beat it on and hit it with an air gun.it doesn't destroy the lugnuts either.you can buy it from snap-on,i got mine from mac,or matco.you could go to a tire shop and have them removed,we do it all the time.

at my shop I work at snap on makes a wheel lock removal kit..i dont know how it works tho..but when my brother had a locking lug nut that got stripped he took it to a shop and they got it off...u can always weld on something but then again i guess the heat could discolor the rim

no there not all the same.that would defeat the point of making wheel locks.i threw my wheel locks away when i got my cobra r wheels.if somebody wants your wheels bad enough, they'll have the tools to take the locks off anyway.

I took mine to the Goodyear store here and they cut the lugnuts off for $10 a piece.
