If the customer is willing I will meet anyone, anywhere with the customer if he wants to bring the wheels in question along.

You can easily see abrasive marks all over the wheels in person. Not just one little scratch mark, we are talking all over the wheel.

Customer threatens to go on all the boards if we do not replace due to his abuse. If this is the case, everyone should know the facts. I would love for someone in the Houston or Katy area to come look at his wheels with me. Something ABRASSIVE was applies all over these wheels.
