Just looking for some outside advice. My '03 GT is currently running with 245/45/17's all the way around and is a bit lowered. I'm not sure how far becasue I bought the car already lowered.

I'm wanting to give it a more aggressive stance, more like an '03 Cobra, without having to purchase new wheels and tires since the tires it has are still basically new- under 8K miles. I'm looking at EIBACH's 25mm (1-inch) or 30mm (1 1/4-inch) hub-centric spacers all the way around to acheive the look, what do you think?

I installed stangsuspension brand 1.25" hubcentric wheel spacers and it gave me the look I was after. Doesn't look like the body overhangs as much as before.

I have H&R 1" hubcentric. I was afraid 30mm would make me rub.

25mm shouldn't rub and probably look the best.

I don't think you should get them for the front wheels, they're not needed. Just get them for the back.

My 99 with 10.5 American Muscle FR 500 and 1 inch spacers. I think it is perfect.

jlds91389,

Are these 25mm spacers? Did you only put them on the rear or in front too?

i think they are 1 inch. ya they are just on the rear. it really looks a lot different on level ground (it was on a bump in my yard)

The more I see it the more I think 25mm is the way to go. 245 45 17's just seem to small to push out 30mm+. I'm still debating about the front though.

Not the best pic from behind but you get the idea I think. I like the "out there" look but it is not for everyone. If I hit an uneven driveway my tires will scrub the lip a little but if I am careful nt a problem.

Stock, the rear wheels are very tucked-in, while the fronts look about right. 25mm spacers on the rear wheels will bring them out, about even with the fronts. Spacers on the front wheels also will make them stick out and not look right.
