Just to irritate some pick up truck moron's at work who were ragin on the 4.6
GT motor, you know the story.... if it's not a 5.0 it must be slow, I told em
I could get the front wheels off the ground if I wanted... which I know I cant, but
they think thier damn trucks are really badass so I just wanted to mess with
thier heads. Any way, what does it take to get the front wheels off the ground?

I'm not sure how much different it is compared to old Fox bodies, but all it took in my 93 notch was 3.73s, slicks on draglites with skinnies up front, southside control arms, drag launch springs, and a battery relocation.

Instead of all that mess why don't you just offer them to go to the track and see for themselves just how crappy the 4.6 is compared to their trucks? You can get a 100HP honda to do a wheelie if you wanted to, but it's not the power that would do it.

If my 250cc Ninja can do a wheelie, your 4.6L Mustang can do a wheelie

seen quite a few bolt on GTs get the wheels off.... less than 300rwhp, proper suspension, stickies, good launch.
