I'm not sure why we're still hammering out an issue that was solved more than 3000 years ago.

I'm not sure how they reconcile Title IX rights against sex discrimination. Now they seem to think it includes gender identity and sexual orientation. It was never intended for that. Just because you decide to lop off your pean doesn't mean you are a girl.
