It would be a good idea, but not really nessasary with mild lowering. How your suspension works is all about geometry, so if you lower it will tilt the swaybar up, so it won't be parellel with the controll arms so it won't move consistantly with the controll arms. Just like with a bump steer kit, which I think you would need that more than differet size end links.
