I'm thinking about getting a dyno tune soon, but may be switching to either 3.73 or 4.10 (haven't decided) next year.... Will it make a difference if I get her tuned now or should I wait? The stock tune is in there now...

I'd wait on the tune so they can flash your ECU with the new gear ratio. It'll save you needing a Speed-Cal. As for 3.73s or 4.10s, just do a search and you'll find LOTS of threads on that topic.

why do you want a dyno tune if you have the predator? Just schedule some dyno time if you want to see your numbers.

Didn't even see that. The Predator will do the speed-cal for the gears and you van get new tunes from your computer. Just get a dyno reading if you want to know your hp and tq, but no need for a tune.

I'm told that I have to be careful with the predator with my new NOSzel kit... DiabloSport's performance tune and nitrous are not best friends.

Also I'm trying to best figure my air intake options for the car; I'm upgrading to an Accufab Plenum and 75mm throttlebody based on the accufab data and the attached article that says there's better performance with the 75mm even on stock (comments welcome here)

Lastly, what's up with the Pro-M Remote Optimizer (from the article) Do I need it? can't a dynotune get the air/fuel right without it?
