when to upgrade fuel system?

At what point should I upgrade my fuel system? Right now I have a complete exaust system, CAI, 85mm mas air, 70mm throttle body and PP intake plenum and MSD coils. Is a adjustable fuel regulator necessary for a tune? I will be doing the PI intake and cams very soon.

I have a full PI swap, ect running 12.8's and the only fuel related thing I have done so far is a 255lph intank pump

When you do something that requires the use of more fuel, like a supercharger, turbo, or nitrous.

With my setup Im in need of a KB BAP even with the SVT Focus Fuel Pump.

you are nowhere near where a fuel system upgrade would be required. remove the 85mm mass air meter. it's not helping you, but probably hurting.
