Where are the fasteners holding my 'vert rear seat back in?

I'm changing the rear quarter window motor today. Got the seat bottom out OK, but where the heck are the 3 bolts holding the seat back located?

Got it---2 8mm bolts.
Now I'm wrestling w/the sill plates, which have no visible fasteners & appear to be snapped in & glued down?

The sill plates will just lift up. There are about 3 clips that grip a raised edge where the body panels are spot welded. Start lifting at door jam and work your way along to the front. When replacing them align the clips and guides and press straight down.
