Subject: Where can I get a copy of my original Window Sticker?

My 2007 V6 Convertible Mustang had no copy of the original window sticker when I got it..

Anyone know where I can get a copy???

FORD???????????!!??!?!??!?

Go to this URL and enter your VIN.

From another thread (different forum), this is how to get an online copy of your original window sticker:

http: // services.forddirect.fordvehicles.com/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx = your VIN number

Get rid of the spaces after http: and after //

(I put them there to make the link show properly in the post)

Tried it...and I got this..

"We are temporarily unable to retrieve an online window sticker for this vehicle. Please try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact the help desk for this web site."


Does this work for anyone?

Perhaps the website is down, or the actual link is dead...

I almost got really excited over this. :o)

My dealer was able to get one for me once. He also paid for it, if there was a fee involved.

Tried it again...same crapola...gave the error message...

My car is a 2007 V6 Convertible with Pony Package.

It's possible that because your '08 Bullitt is a Special edition, It's in the database.. or perhaps, You have a "cookie" or certificate on your pc that the website needs to operate.

Where did you get the link from? Who gave it to you?

Give me your vin and I'll send you a .pdf of your window sticker. Or, you can click here and replace the VIN at the end of the URL in the address bar with your VIN and hit enter to see a .pdf of your window sticker.

If you want the real thing, only the dealer that sold you the car will be able to order a new one for you. I believe they can go back 5 model years at the most.

Apparently, It only works for 2009 Shelbys... :o((

I popped in my VIN, and it doesn't work still... :o)

It must be a special database for newer Shelbys only.... ;o)

It may only work for 2008-2010 cars possibly,

Can someone with an '05-'07 try this???

tried it with my 05 and my 06, neither would work. Got the same error message as listed above.

Guess I should wear my glasses when reading VIN #'s. Mistook a Z for a 2. Tried it again today and it worked fine!

Anyone with an '07 V6 Premium Convertible able to print off their window sticker???

Mine still does not work... It's obviously no longer in the database. Just my dumb luck... :o(

I wonder if I can still get one if I call Ford directly..

Factory sticker won't print

I used the site that all of you have recommended before the new year and it worked fine. I am in the process of hunting down a convert and when I find a used one I would download the window sticker so I could see the factory equipment. Well, even on the ones I printed just before Christmas 2009, will no longer come up. I guess Ford changed something. Please let me know if anybody finds one that works. It sure was easier to look at a window sticker before having to call and deal with a salesperson
