well. when i bought my car. the brackets that hold the alternator, power steering, a/c, belt tensioner arm.. etc, had a ****ty coat of typical ford blue paint on them. that was peeling, cracking, chipping.. and looked horrible. so i sanded most of the paint off then my friend told me i should just get them chromed somewhere.

it sounds like a good idea to me, i read on here it even strengthens them. even though that wouldnt do much for me.

but it would look great with my new polished throttlebody, chrome valve covers, polished intake, chrome CAI, chrome alternator etc..

so. where should i look to try and get this done?
oh if anybody feels like helping. i live in Jupiter, Fl.... zip 33469.

if you can tell me where to look or find a place for me. it would be great

What brackets do you have? All stock brackets and accessories, with the exception of the a/c bracket, are aluminum. If you do find a place that will chrome that stuff, you are going to pay a pretty penny for it. Thats why most people like myself choose to polish it.

I know there is a place in Mississippi (which I cant remember the name) that chromes stuff. I was going to have them chrome my upper/lower intake and some other stuff, until they told me how much it was going to cost.
