Where can I get the rubber boots for the doors?

I need the boots that go between the body and the door to run the wires in. Does anyone know where I can get them?

Trying to find new ones is going to be pretty much impossible.

Junk yard is your best bet, I am 99% sure they only came with the harness originally, Ford didn't sell them separately.
