Where Do I Get Dyno'd?

I had my Mach tuned and dynoed on 2 different occassions at Blood Enterprises in Auburn. They charge $130 an hour dyno time. I was happy with the results and work they did, but it seems like alot of other people walk away from there disappointed. Does that Brad's auto place in Seattle have a dyno??

Brads does not have a dyno. Bloods has a Mustang brand dyno which is good to 600hp. If you have a high hp car use a Dyno Jet. Marysville Speed has a Dyno jet. There is also Carb connection in kirkland but I have never used them.

Wong's Performance over off Highway 99 down here in Vancouver is a nice place, Chung brings his customers cars here every now and then for a dyno tune. Tom Wong is a very knowledgable guy and will do it right. $100 an hour.

heard some bad things about carb connection in kirkland from a few people.
in redmond there is a place called FAME that has an AWD dyno, but they mostly deal with high end cars like porsches.heard good things about marysville speed and custom, and also good things about blood ent

Next question -- anyone care to start a pool on what my combo, properly tuned, dynos at? I've heard everything from 200hp (yes, 200 -- some people seem to think that this setup will *hurt* performance!) to 400+ hp/tq (which I think is overly optimistic.)

Post your guesses here; I'll post the dyno numbers in a few weeks (saving my money for the swap meets right now.) I'll buy the winning guesser a beer at the next NW Stangnet meet.

Talk amongst yourselves. . ..

Been there done that

I've had my car dyno at Turbo tech with George, was happy, his dyno runs a big drum, so if your going to throw down 600 plus with a small tire, that's where you need to go, my latest combo was dyno at horsepowerconnection.com in Lacy, made 890 to the tires smoking them on the top end, very easy to work with and a good friend. I also took my car to Blood enterprises for a free dyno day, very nice people, there dyno could not hold my power with my small tire, tried two runs the tire's started spining as soon as boost came in, mustered 400 hp and one hell of a smoke show. He said 500 to 600 hp max on this dyno. All three will be good for a car below 600hp to the tire. Good luck.
