Where do I route the clutch cable?

Can someone take a gander in their engine bay and tell me where the clutch cable is supposed to be routed? Or take a couple pics for me? I THINK it goes over the k-member, just next to the oil pan but I want to make sure.

I'm getting close to putting a motor back in the Stang I'm taking it one step at a time to not miss anything. All my notes and pictures got lost since I last pulled the engine in 2005 and moved twice since then. I'm re-discovering where everything is supposed to go

You are right, It goes under the engine mount and through the K-Member, There should be a bracket also with your clutch cable.

Make sure the cable does not bind

Oh, so it goes through the k-member. Interesting. That's a big help. I think it's strange that they would design it to be looped back around that way, but what can ya do.

A crude pic, but the area circled in yellow is where the cable should be routed. At least mine was from the factory that way (not my car in pic btw).
