Where does this connector go?

So I pulled out my dash completely and moved the harness out of the way. I routed the harness along the dash support and plugged everything back in, except this little guy...

it's pretty much right above the radio/heater controls

i'm hoping someone could tell me by the wiring color?

something with the cruise control i guess. it was on the bracing at the start of the trans tunnel, right next to the gas pedal.
