where to buy a blocker ring for a t5?

Hanlon motorsports, but you get the whole kit, there is no sense in taking the trans apart and only fixing one blocking ring. Not to mention, it could be one of the other small parts causing the problem, this way you get eveything.

See http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/onlineorder/product.asp to download a FREE service manual for T5 or Tremec 3550
You will need the Adobe Acrobat viewer which is also a free download – http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

See http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/ or http://www.ddperformance.com/index2.htm for parts

A T5 rebuild kit with syncros, bearings and other small parts costs about $160. It does not include any gears or shafts.

http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/ may have a video on how to rebuild your T5 or Tremec. It costs less than $20, and is worth every penny of it.

I got a kit from hanlon and the bearings wern't hardened. The roller bearings between my input and output shaft failed and ate up both shafts. I did order some gears and a shift fork from them and their prices were really good though.

reason i want only one is bc the 4th gear ring should be right behind the bearing retainer. The t5 was recently rebuilt not long ago.

Lester's gears in Tulsa will have what you are looking for. I have one sitting in the closet waiting to go in.

Hell, it's only a 1 1/2 max. drive from where you are.

See if your local parts store can order from Lester's.
