Where to buy fuel lines

Does anyone know where I can get the 2 rubber lines that go from the tank to the hard line. Do local parts stores carry .it ? If not where can I get thosae lines without buying a whole new fuel system thanks

They are still available through the dealership, but they are kind of on the expensive side.

The Nylon Hose Ends that attach to the metal lines can be bought from Ron Morris Performance, the hose is inexpensive and you can get the Factory Ford Duckbill Fittings. All you do is cut it to length and then stick it in a pot of boiling water and slip your fitting in or onto the hard line.

If you don't want to go the Ron Morris route ($$) you can use fuel injector fuel line available from any auto parts store. I would double clamp it just to be sure it doesn't come off. Ford uses the same hose to attach the fuel pump to the metal fittings inside of the fuel tank. If Ford thinks it okay to use inside the tank (single clamped BTW) then there is no reason you can't use it outside the tank.

I did go the Ron Morris route and the duckbill fittings can be a pain to get into the nylon hose even after boiling the hose.

How old is your fuel pump? If it's getting tired, the 190 lph fuel pump kit from FRPP comes w/ them, that saved me when I melted one of them w/ a crooked tailpipe.

EDIT: wow, this thread is older than I realized. Oh well, it kept me occupied for five minutes.....

It's only worse when you reply to an old thread without realizing how old it is....only to find out you posted an answer to a question you asked a year before. It happened to me on another forum, someone upped a thread that was over a year old, I read the original question and replies, then added my answer.....then someone pointed out that it was my question in the first place. So I answered my own question more than a year later.

You have to be pretty bright to answer your own questions.

As for the original question...
I am not sure specifically which fuel line is being discussed, but most often fuel line from the parts store will do just fine.
Look for the hose clamps that have rolled edges, as they are less likely to slice into the fuel line.
