Bill at StreetorTrack.com has them. Disclaimer: Bill and Shaun (the owners) are friends of mine, but they do have a pretty good reputation (despite their association with me) for taking care of their customers.
i hear the afr's, especially the 185s and above are often backordered 4-6 weeks .. if you're not in a hurry go with the cheapest place you can find. if so, try some of the larger retailers that stock inventory instead of just drop shipping, i hear ed curtis at fti stocks afrs all the time as well as a few others. i have also bought numerous things from streetortrack and have been very happy.
I went to www.bieberfever.com. They were excellant folks to deal with. There is a 6 week backlog on new orders. Apparently AFR is having capacity problems and is in the process of expanding/relocating. The heads are WELL worth the wait however!

Ed Curtis at FTI is very knowledgable with respect to AFR heads and also grinds custom cams for them. Guys at the Corral swear by him.
