The question says it all... I didn't find one at ebay.

I then googled it. Found listing but I didn't know the companies.

It would go into a Edelbrock Performer, polished.

It's better to get an off brand cheap and have a professional polish for $50.
You pay more if it is ALREADY polished, and the quality of Pro Prod. polishing is

You can even pay less and just get the "visible" parts polished, as Vib and I did with our throttle bodies!

I used the Edelbrock elbow and just polished it.
