Hey all, I have finally started wearing my seatbelt regularly and realized that they are worn something aweful. The previous owner of my car must have taken their dog everywhere (doghair in every single place it could accumulate). Well, I think the little SH*& chewed on the seatbelts and the drivers side one is chewed through halfway.

Sooooo, I would like to buy new ones along with the crappy retention units that don't work worth a crap. Any ideas where I can buy some without paying the new OEM price?

Thanks!

My seatbelt doesn't roll back up it justs stays out all the time. That can't be safe, like that. I just go without it. I have it buckled in behind the seat just to shut up the little beeping thing.

I put a 5-pt in and the and leave mine buckled behind the seat. The passengers have an option of either belt. Guess it depends on how well they know me . BTW, I replace mine every 2 years.

The junk/salvage yard is a good place.Or try an auto store.
I hate to preach here..but I'm preaching- NOT wearing seatbeats is a big mistake.

Duh, I can't believe I didn't think of 5 0 resto. They have them. They also have the part it clicks into also! This will look and work a lot better. They even have the factory color interior paint for my faded interior panels!!!!!

Oh, I guess I should have specified it is a convertible also, I didn't realize they were different from a coupe as far as seatbelts.

Thanks!
