Where to by eaton roots manifold for 2v ?

I see lightning/03 blowers for sale all over..Where can I get a manifold to bolt this to a 4.6 GT motor???I realize an adapter plate will be needed but that isn't hard...

You would have to fabricate a manifold for that blower to fit the 4.6

Saleen, Roush, and Allen Engine Development all make lower intakes for eaton blowers on a 4.6.

To make one of those blowers work on your car it would be cheaper to just buy a vortech, or KB.

I don't think that is true. If you could get one of the above mentioned intakes for around say $600 (just guessing) you'd still come out cheaper. Just depends on how much work you want to put into it.
