where to get driving lights

I was thinking about replacing the factory fog lights with some driving lights in an 02. Anyone know where I can get some that are a direct replacement for the factory lights. I dont want to have to drill or cut to get them to fit.

I think CDC has quad driving lights that fits OEM location. But it is hidiously expensive tho.
