I have a crack in my hood and its about time for a new hood and pant job... Anybody hear anything good or bad about design concepts?

I know real cheap will byte me the A$$ so im thinking between 3-400.. Gotta wait till my auction with the blown 418 ends to see if I will be able to afford any of this first.

Open for suggestions... Also while im at it im thinking of changing bumper styles...

Very good, right up there w/ Cervinis. Alot of people consider them Cervini's sister company.

HO fibertrends is top notch. buddy of mine had one on his 89lx, an got in a wreck that pushed his front clip into the grill.. hood didn't even flex.. no hood pins either..

ya get what ya pay for and its pricey, but worth it IMO. hood latch is a full bracket OE style not jus a cheap aluminum piece... beware tho, (CC (cincinati composites) has been using aliases to win back business. stay name brand or ya run the risk of gettin burned.

HO fibertrends, like stated above, and Kaenen hoods are said to be the highest quailty hoods around. Kaenen makes the hoods for Steeda. Do a search and the only thing bad about them you will see is their crappy website. The only place I know of to get a non-Steeda hood from them is MPS. This is where I'll be getting mine when the time comes.

H.O Fibertrends made the original "R" hood for Ford. Without a doubt the best hoods on the market. Spend the extra money on a good hood and save money on the paint/prep work!

My Cobra RR hood is from Age Classic Design. Its VERY good quality. My insurance paid for it because my last RR hood tried to fly away on the interstate Anyway, Age Classic Design makes very good quality stuff. I have one and a friend of mine has one from them too. Neither of our hoods needed and real prep work before painting, just scuff and paint. It fit very good too.

well dont buy from them they suck

When it comes to body parts dont buy from what ever place sells it cheaper b/c you will get shafted.

If you want to see how bad they are then go to the Reviews section here on stangnet, there horrible

Neve heard of them or know of anyone that had any products from them. There prices dont seem any cheaper from any of the other companys that are known to have good quality parts. I wouldent stray any futher then Cervinis, Design Concepts, ABC Exclusive, Age classic design when it comes to buying any body parts.
