Where to get work done?

I'm getting some body work done soon, bumper, hood, etc, all installed. Should I buy the parts through ford and have them install it, or buy the parts online and then take it to ford and have them install it, or buy the parts online and have someone else (another body shop) install it? Basically I guess I am asking if ford is gonna overprice it? Gimme some advice guys

I wouldn't buy from Ford. Look around on the Internet and see who has the best prices. Find a local body shop that does good work and have them do it.
I used a Cervini's hood, Cobra bumper, Cobra mirrors, Cobra spoiler, and Bullitt side scoops.
