Where to go for an inexpensive tune???

I got my new 99 PI motor in my 98 Mustang now. Runs awesome. Started right up, headers and stuff smoked a little but not much. Lifter was tickin a little bit but got warmed up and went away. My dad and I put in Crower stage 2 cams in it (I D 269* lift .560, E D 278* lift .571 Lobe Sep 114*) and BBK longtube headers with an O/R X pipe. Its pretty quick now. I dont know what to expect as far as numbers or quarter times, but it is noticeably faster than my nitrous kit, which ran a 13.7. So its gotta be decent. Not much power till 4k but say you're cruisin at 4k in second, getting ready to punch it. As soon as you do theres no hesitation or lag, it just winds out. And will 9 times out of 10 spin the tires. Not that thats a huge feet lol But its fun. Anyways enough talking about that.

I am looking for a dyno tune, to get my a/f ratio good and to pick up some more power. I however DO NOT want a 92 octane tune, just an 87 octane, I will just have to live with the lesser HP. Any idea how much it would cost and where should I talk to about getting one? I'm located in Auburn WA.

Blood enterprises wants around 1000 for one. Thats wayyyyyyyyyyyy too much. I guess I'm wanting somewhere around 3-400. Or less lol ofcourse. Thanks alot
