my cobra manifold is set up like this: 2 fat lines, and 2 skinny ones. one fat line goes to the pcv valve, the other goes to the vacuum tree on the driver's side firewall. one skinny one goes to the fuel pressure regulator, and the other goes to the vacuum line connector by the passenger side shock tower. there may also be a port on the front of the manifold for the charcoal canister hose. hope this helps.
