I've got an 87 lx 5.0, and I've chanced the intake and put on a cold air kit. I never remember removing anything that looked like a ACT. I don't even see one in my repair manuals. But the guys at the autoparts store says it should have one, in the air cleaner box or in the intake manifold somewhere.

thanx

It screws into the passenger side front of the lower intake manifold.

Ok, when I took the stock intake manifold off, there was not one there. i don't even see the wiring harness to hook one up if it was there.
