how many amps should i get? My alternator is bad for sure i just bought a new battery and got about 10 starts and now it won't start without charging the battery, i know its bad, and i have no idea what alternator is in there, i have found anywhere from 95-240 amps, i plan on putting a real nice, big sound system in also.

Since your current alt is bad I would go ahead and do a 3G upgrade. It is worth it, especially if you add any extra electrical load to the car.

I went with the 3-G up grade for less than 100 bucks 150 amps on eBay
it was an easy swap.

If you are looking for a direct swap go to a parts store and get the cheapest alternator with a lifetime warranty. Our alternators are not difficult to remove and you can swap them out anytime the cheap mexico alternators go bad. A 3g 130amp alternator upgrade would be optimal but you will need to modify the stock bracket, and upgrade the wiring.
