Which clutch for ~400 RWHP (blown)?

Another thumbs up to the Centerforce Dual Friction. Has a stock feel at the pedal and its been handling 440 at the wheels since '05 no problem.

I'm running the Spec II right now and I love it. I've had the King Cobra (good clutch, probably a little limited for your power goal) and Ram HDX (lasted 1400 miles before pressure plate failed). I love the Spec; although, it grabs really well, which means it won't absorb so much of the shock, which will get pass along to your tranny. But so far, great clutch. I read a lot of bad reviews and a lot of good reviews on them. Drive ability is not bad, a little touchy, but easily manageable. My fathernlaw and brothernlaw swear by them, and Ricks91GT gave me a nod on them, so I decided to try it out. I think he can get you a pretty good price on them if you decide to try it out.

bump to the centerforce stay AWAY from the ram clutches! they go boom in a lot of little parts.

I have the Ram clutch and have had no problems with it ... dumping at 6000 rpms a few times and it grabs everytime .. 11.20 @ 120.75 was my last run 2 weeks ago and still is hookin great on the street....

F it... get a spec Stage III. Then you won't have to worry about a clutch again as long as you're still running a stock block. I've got a 3+ and have learned how to be easy on the launch. It's obviously a little more aggressive so it takes a more sensitive foot to keep the car smooth, but it also handled about 800 rwhp, so I'm not complaining.

I just put a RAM on mine..... used it befor without problems.If you order a SPEC, heard it takes a minute to get, its made when you order....fyi
