Which clutch to use?

I am converting a 2000gt to a 5speed. i got a 3650 transmission and i want to know which clutch to use. Do i order a clutch that fits a 2000 gt or do i order a clutch to match the trans? I am using the ford racing billet flywheel that you can use a 10.5 or 11 in clutch.

you can use either size clutch as long as the flywheel will take the size your gonna use.
99-00 = 10.5"
01-04 = 11"

thanks so that is the only difference in the clutches
99-00 10.5
01-04 11 in
what about gt and cobra any other difference between the two?

if your buying aftermarket gt/mach/cobra there all the same except for the 03 cobras that have the 26 spline input shaft upgrade
