You need an 11 inch clutch. Get a spec 2 or 2+ if u plan any future upgrades. I personally have had bad luck with CF D/F clutches... But thats just me. Others love them. The pedal feel is GREAT on the cf though.

If your car is stock or has mild mods such as exhaust, pullies, gears:

While a Centerforce DF clutch is a good clutch and good for a DD, don't waste your money on it. That clutch does not come with a t/o bearing and by the time you get both peices shipped you're looking at $400 bucks.

I would buy the 11" 03-04 Cobra clutch kit from Mustang Parts & Accessories - 50resto
My tuner has found out that these clutches are under rated. He puts these in all 500RWHP+ Mustangs and they hold up. I have a 10.5" FMS clutch (which is the smaller version of the 03-04 11" clutch) in my 408RWHP Cobra. It's a great clutch and it only runs about $250.

Link to clutch.
03-04 CLUTCH KIT, 4.6L COBRA, INCLUDES PRESSURE PLATE & DISK MUSTANG

Link to big HP car that uses this clutch.
Read the paragraph below the pic of the engine. Mind you...this car is making 700RWHP.

Why so many expensive clutches on naturally aspirated cars? If you don't have a power adder, you probably don't need anything beyond a stock replacement clutch. I have a stock replacement in my 97 and have beat the $#!^ out of it. I have 20+ passes at the drag strip, slipping the clutch from 3500rpm... and it will still give a small bark if I power shift 3rd. It probably has 60k miles by now too.

That was exactly my point, that's why I said skip the CF and buy the 03-04 Cobra replacement.
