I plan on doing a 2.3 Turbo swap into my 1993 LX next summer. Until then I plan to have a CAI and an Exhaust. I just dont know which exhaust I want to run.
Ive already asked about y-pipe dual exhausts, so what are some good single exhaust setups. I would like to run it from the header back, are there headers that will fit my NA 2.3 and also the 2.3T in the future?
Let me know what you guys are running and where you got it, cost, etc.
Thanks!

No on the header, n/a and turbo setups are incompatable.

Best advice is to leave the exhuast alone (if at all possible) until your turbo swap is in. The best setup for a turbo motor is terrible for a n/a motor. Ill be running a 3 inch dp, to 3in all the way back, which is way to big for a normal n/a motor

Yeah, i'd wait until the turbo comes around. On the n/a 2.3, you'll only want a 2.25" exhaust, and that'll be super-restrictive on the turbo setup.

In terms of headers/exhaust manifolds, a turbo manifold has a flange so a turbo can connect to it, so it'll be incompatible with a n/a car, and vise versa.

What exhaust does Stinger have?

Maybe Ill just get a muffler and a tip. If I get a 2 1/4 inlet/outlet muffler will I be able to connect that to a 3 inch pipe later on?

Ive been looking at:
DynoMax Super Turbo ($45)
DynoMax Ultra-Flow Welded ($70)
Magnaflow ($60)
Flowmaster ($70)

I saw them in my Brothers Performance Warehouse catalog. Any recommendations toward any of those?
