frst things first,

wsup guys an gals im new here to this site and to the gteat world of mustangs and mustang tuning. as of right now i do not have a mustang :( .......yet......... but i will have one soon so right now im just looking for the best parts that suit my needs so that i cn get crackin on mods asap so on to business.........

ive been looking around the internet for mustang ehaust systems. since this will be my first mod to my snake i will want to have greeat quality, durability, and a sound that makes me melt with every turn of the key. so as of right now ive narrwed my options down to 2 possible systems

1. the JBA Exhaust (i dont know if what the sound i want is from the shorty headers or the whole system) you can look it up to see what i mean on their website, it should be towards the bottom of their "hear the sound" place. its the 05 GT rev with the very throaty growl

2. The well known Borla COMPLETE exhaust set up

please help me decide cuz i have no idea which one i should get that would best fit my needs and wont blow a hole in my wallet (dont worry about the installation price i have a garage where i can do it myself)

ps. i am a 17 yr old boy with the muscle car madness

Tough decision. It depends on how much you want to spend and what sound you're looking for. I like the SLP resonator shotgun cat back systems but thats me. I have the flowmasters with a stock h-pipe. It sounds good to my ear, but everybody has their own opinion on this.

If you want an exotic, very agressive rhaspy sound go with an offroad X pipe and Magnaflow Magnapacks. This was what I wanted to do, but I went a different route.

If you want classic in your face sound, an offroad H pipe or Prochamber with either 40 series Flowmasters or Mac Flowpaths.

Then again, its all subjective as to how "good" a setup sounds. Dont buy something because someone says "it doesnt sound good", because its REALLY hard to make a 4.6 V8 sound crappy.
