Which Heads

I am going to order a new block in the next month or two. I am leaning towards a stroker (like to 302). My question is this.... I wanted to have some head work done, but should I do that or go with some 4v heads? I do want to add a KB after I get the block built and if I went with 4v heads, would I need the cobra KB?
