Which Holley brand NOS jet size's = 100 shot?

I cant seem to get any help over in the POWER ADDER section, so I'll post my questions here.

I have a handful of jets and a wet NOS brand kit. I'm trying to get the correct jets for a 100 shot. I've been researching and found this nitrous calculator that helps you figure your jetting out, but I dont know if the standard is 100 Wheel hp, or crank?

I started off with a N40 F28 just to be safe, and there was way too much fuel. Swapped the F28 out for a F24 and it felt better. I checked a plug and it seemed fine, so I upped the shot to N51 F33, and the car moved, but nothing crazy.

The calculator calls for N51 F29, to get 99whp, but I dont have an F29, I have an F28.

I just want to know which jets I should use to spray a 100 shot, since I might have to purchase some.

Guess this section is just as popular. Cmon I know there's a large group of people running spray out there. I just need to know if this calculator is a good starting point. All the other info I've found tends to use much larger fuel jets, which I'm doing now. For instance I'm running a N51 F33. Like I said, the car gets up and goes but its not very impressive. And I'm new to reading plugs. From what I can tell the plugs look like new(because they are), but have some discoloration on the strap.
