I tried using the search but just too many to read.I bought the FR adjustable clutch cable kit,but of course FR is too cheap to include directions.I can change the quadrant,but why are there two sets of hooks? Which ones do I use?
If you are using a FWA, use the hook that is farther back, closer to the firewall. If you are just using their adjustable cable and no FWA, use the hook that is farthest away from the firewall.
Oh, and I bought the FRPP double hook quad by itself and it came with directions...
Here's the exact instructions in case you don't have Adobe..
STEP 6: Install the Adjustable Cable or Cable Adjuster (see instructions below). Hook the cable onto the clutch quadrant. If you are using a firewall mounted Cable Adjuster, attach the cable to the hook closest to the firewall. If you are using an Adjustable Cable without a firewall Adjuster, attach the cable to the hook farthest away from the firewall.
Thanks for the reply,I didn't get the firewall adjuster.As often as it will need adjusted I'll just crawl under it.Since I started modding it I'm under the carat least once a month.Had I only known modding was so addicting Iprobably would have never started.At least it keeps me out of the bar(empty pockets).
