Another one for the magnaflows, still going to get a little drone; but dronmasters will drone your teeth out......so ya, +3 for magnaflows, just a better made exhaust IMO.

My flows drove me insane on the highway and got magnapacks with o/r x pipe instead. Sound much better and lost the pickup truck sound. If u want a meaner sound go with the flows. +4 magnaflows

heck no man, i don't have flows on my car, but i run MAC flowpaths. I'll tell you for sure Flows are better than magnaflow though even though i'm not a die hard flowmaster fan. You don't drive an import, if you want a REAL muscle car sound get an H pipe with flows if you want a car that sounds like import go magnaflow..its really smooth and mellow while flows and other chambered muffleres are rough and aggressive. Distinguish between the 2 on you tube.

I also run the MAC flowpath on my 97 GT. I think its the best sounding exhaust, I love the way it snaps and pops on decel. IMO flows only sound good on a pushrod motor. If you have to choose between Magnaflows and Flows go with the Magnaflow. I ran a Magnaflow catback and a UPR o/r X pipe on my 01 Cobra and got compliments on it all the time.

Jba headers, SLP catted X pipe, and Magnaflow cat back and everyone loves the sound. haven't heard one negative comment yet. absolutely does not sound like an import at all!

if you want to sound like a UPS truck (or an 80's "Pro Street" poser) get Flowmasters and a cat-less H-pipe...

if you want to sound like a performance car get Magnaflows with an X-pipe...that also gives the added bonus of a couple more horsepower too
