Which is the better option?

Right now I have a '87 block in my '86 Mustang. I already did the mass air conversion. In the meantime I would like to start building another engine. I need help because I don't know if the 330 will even work in a fox. Here are my options:

'88 302 HO w/80k miles out of Lincoln MK7 LSC

'74 330 CID out of one of my old work trucks.

I want to build something that will be decent at the track and driveable on the weekends.
