Alright fellas...I need to get some exhaust for my car cause its a little too loud and could sound better. Right now i have a BBK o/r H-pipe with no cats or mufflers. It sounds good most of the time but when you floor it it souns like a truck. I've been told by friends to get Flow 40's, but i've also been told to get bullets. I wanna cut down on the loudness on start up but keep that good throatyness. What do you guys recommend?

got to mustangexhaust.com and listen.

I like borla and bassani. the ultraflows sound nice too. I am sick of flows and don't like magnflow or magnapacks. this is all my preference though. Listen to the clips.

I still say borla and bassani are the best choice. you will get more compliments. everbody knows what flows sound like.

that is why I like my borla. everybodys always coments on the sound and then asks what it is. if you like obnoxious get some spintechs you will get the same kind of effect.

"SEARCH" There is many exhaust/muffler threads. If your thinking about a gear as well. Just put the number your thinking about in "search" and you'll get about 119 pages on that.

I have Flowmaster 40 weldins and I absolutely love them. Classic mustang sound! Nice deep throaty growl with backpressure crackles when you have it in a low gear and slow down.

not sure how they sound on a mod motor but i love my spintech pro streets on my 95. different but still sounds like a mustang. very loud when you lay into the throttle and almost cammed sounding when idling. my exhaust consists of mac shorties, no cats , x pipe and spintechs with tails.

anyone have these on their 4.6?

Install the mufflers that you want it's your car.I have the Flowmaster 40 series two chamber mufflers and they sound awesome and have a real
muscle car sound to them.Flowmaster and Dynomax both sound good in
my opnion but, the Flowmaster mufflers are chambered and the Dynomax
are the straight through designed mufflers. The Flow's do drone and only
get them if you like the drone sound.I personaly love the drone sound myself.
Go to www.mustangexhaust.com and hear some exhaust clips.
