Which Oil Pan

I would assume it is a 302 stroked to 347. Then a pan like this is what you need if your car still has the stock crossmember.

You'll need to plug the dipstick hole with a wooden dowl pin and drill a hole in the timing cover for your dipstick. The area to do this at the lower left at the flat spot on the timing cover (lower left means looking from front of car to back on paasenger side.

The only problem I see with that pan is the 10" depth. That could give you some ground clearance issues if you plan on lowering the car very much. If you look around you can find 7 quart Milodon pans with 7-3/4" depth.

Also, you should consider installing a windage tray at the same time. Good cheap horsepower and good for your engine.

I don't have any clearance problems and my front end is lowered 1".

I used a Moroso 10" sump on a 302 and 351c in a slightly lowered Maverick without issue.
No garauntees mind you, take it for what it's worth, but low oil pans are not the problem you might think.
Car was roughly 1.5" lower than stock.
The thing about the oil pan is that it always has the wheels keeping it up.
The pan is located between the wheels.
The 10" pan was as low as my header collectors, which bumped every now and again, but the headers are behind the tires.
Picture a speed bump, when you pan is over it, the wheels are going over it.
When your headers are over it, the wheels have already returned to the base level of the road, so they could scrape.

I have the 8 qrt Milodon pan on mine. Plenty of oil and not too low. You can also get the Milodon oil pump pick up too.
