All the research I've been doing points to a standard one. I'm having a 347 stroker built by Fordstrokers and they use a stock Melling oil pump in their engines.

Got Melling HV's in two 302's. One, with 95k miles, still has good oil pressure, and one with 10k miles. The second one, I assembled, with clearances on the tight side. With 10w40 it will peg the gage at cold startup. So I went to 10w30 and its better. Will use the std pump on the next one.
Recommend the standard pump.
