ahhh the people that just say T-tops will only give you problems make me laugh. they never say that about sunroof or vert cars, just t-top cars. I lean to the people that say that have no experiance with a T. its why they sell new weatherstripping.

Persoanlly I would go with the 87, only because it looks like that merc. ran the baja 1000 just yesterday... unless thats how the 87 looks as well.

that pic was taken back about 6 months ago, when it had just rained, is yard was way muddy, it doesn't look like that now, and like i said if i purchase one of these, it is just because i need a car right now, hopefully someone will vuy it, or trade me a coupe if i get one of them

I had a Capri RS...

If you want a car to cut up, go with the mustang...If you want to keep the classic capri lines... you know what to do.

If got the capri, I'd first tie the subframes.

If you throw a fuel injected mustang set up at it, throw a hellion turbo kit at it and run 11's.

Hey chief, this guy used to have this:

Had almost new weather stripping and leaked and squeaked. So I guess maybe I dont have any experience.

in chickasha oklahoma, they are both owned by a good friend of mine, he actually owns my old 90 5.0 lx, and he owns quite a few more fox bodies, but these are the cleanest 2 that he will sell, right now the capri is running driving, and he bought the t-top as a roller, i will not say a price though, i plan to sell one of them to buy/trade for a notch pretty quick after i put it together

The Mercury is the way to go, no doubt about it. But then I'm VERY biased... I own three of them.

We all started out answering with the impression you were going to keep the car. If you are going to slap something together to sell, get the mustang. The mustang will be faster and easier to sell. Not everyone likes the capri. But those of us that do are a dedicated group. Why do you haft to have a coupe?

how much is the roller 87 gt t-top car worth? how much would it be worth running/driving, i went over there and looked at it today some more, and he gave me a price again,so how much would you, or should i pay? again this is on the 87 gt t-top car, original 5.0, 5-speed car, looks like it has never been wrecked, carpet is a little dirty, and needs paint, the paint has flaked off on some parts, but like i said looks like it has never been in an accident

I have bought running driving 5 liters for a grand. I guess that is the most I could give for one as a roller. Unless its uncommonly clean or has a ****load of aftermarket parts on it.
