Which spark plugs for GT40X heads?

What spark plugs should I be buying for a set of GT40-X303 heads? Can I go to the parts store and ask for autolites for a 19?? Mustang?

Where should I gap them? I am running a MSD ready to run distributor with no spark box, just the MSD coil.

Ford's catalog lists the plugs as being AGSF-32C. Your local parts house should have em.
