which sub frames for improved drag launch only

I don't care anything about carving corners I just want help with my launch traction so I don't want more than I really need (taking weight into consideration). In about 10 months I'll be ~650 RWHP so I don't know if that needs to be a consideration too. I was looking at Kenny Brown, but heard they only weld to the floor pan. Also looking at MM full lengths. I don't know anything about them so if the weight is not much difference I wont worry about that. I'll be getting something in a few weeks.

What do ya'll suggest considering my goals ?

any good sub frame will help drag launches and corning at the same time. a stiffer body helps both. so the cornering aspect won't effect your choice. Steeda and MM both make good sfc, i chose the Steedas because of the torque box plates. the MM's didn't come with them as far as i could tell. if you want to get really crazy, you can have custom sfc's welded into the frame of your car. that's what the sesrious dragsters do. but it is hella pricey.

I bought a set of D&D motorsports subs and thay're very nice construction and didn't cost an arm and a leg. If I remember correctly they were something like $80 shipped. They're the weld in type and I hope to get them in in the next week or two.

You should get full length subs for that much power. Steeda has them. Drop the guys a line at the modulardepot. Quite a few guys there with lots of power. See what they use. No one should really give you advice unless they are running that kind of power.

I have steeda full lengths with torque box reinforcements. Getting the Tq boxes done while they're doing the welding is prolly a good idea anyway for drag racing. I seriously felt more of a difference doing this mod than just about any of the others. Totally different car and the tires stay planted now.

I have MM full length SFC welded in. I think they made a big difference in launches. Took out a lot of rattles and squeaks as well.
