On Rockauto there are 2 different Felpro timing gaskets. One is Sleeve N Seal and the other is without. What does this mean? What is Sleeve N seal?

Some TC kits come with a sleeve to repair a severely worn or damaged balancer sprocket surface.
Allows the front seal to ride on a smooth surface rather than get chewed up by a rough balancer.
I don't think a Ford balancer ever lasted long enough to need one of these... :)
