which tranny?

my car is an everyday driver its has forged internals, gt40 irons, gt40 manifolds, and i plan on running 5lbs of boost from a vortec. should i go with a t5 or tko?

TKO hands down if you can afford it. Putting another T5 in means you have to worry about it being the weak link in your drivetrain. I'd rather spend money once, personally. I've broken too many T5s with a stock engine and I'm afraid what I'll do to this one if I grab a gear too hard.

I agree the TKO is the ticket. Thats one part of the drive train you would be able to forget about after you installed that tranny.

Forget the T5. You don't even need a power adder to break it. TKO is definately the way to go.

Go w/ the TKO or look into a G-Force if you don't want the added weight

if like me and you like the feel of a T5, you might want to look into a G force or astro T5 also. they both can handle a good amount of power.
